Going to bed . . . now. C is sick and was up at 2am last night (though admittedly he was really snuggly and I sort of loved it, except for the 2am part).
1 night of shortened sleep: Not really a problem for me, and I will even get up to run because one night of bad sleep + run beats okay sleep + no run.
More than one night of shortened sleep (like, under 7 hrs): Just ugh.
(Side note: Why do the dumbest urges hit me when I should be going to sleep? Just now I started wondering if perhaps blogger had a way of updating blogger templates. Because that's exactly the kind of rabbit hole I need to wander down right now, amIright? Okay, good night for real.)
