no, not in the literal nor the figurative sense.
but both sides are probably something i should work on.

♥ i'm not a stupid person just because i am 2 days behind in my study plan.
♥ i am not a negligent chef (uhh, or wife) just because i turned last night's planned salmon cakes . . .
into a much easier (improvisational) salmon salad.
♥ i am definitely not a bad person for sleeping 10 hours last night. even if i did accidentally sleep through my alarm.
so i hope you all continue to forgive me for another less-than-perfect post! i do feel better now after that long (unintentional) night of rest, so maybe i'll have some of my mojo back today. i can't believe it's already wednesday!

susan, i have to tell you, i had the EXACT same reaction when i saw it in some random store one day. i think i got it at morgan imports in durham. it is an 11 x 17 cm graph-lined notebook (small) with 8 subject tabs (just 6 pages each) in 4 pastel colors. i just did a little digging and it still exists!
