sometimes it's half empty.

my hip hurts, my throat hurts, and of course as timing would have it there are now female issues as well. i haven't worked out FOR A WEEK and i have no motivation to do anything, really. also, it's 33 degrees outside when it should be 60. if you think i sound sad and whiny and pathetic, you are right on the money. hopefully, things will start to turn around soon.
