Race, in brief:

January 25, 2016

Too tired to write a real report right now!  But, in the spirit of the unbroken chain of January’s blog posts:

Temperature: 46 degree
Favorite part:  Taking the pic above at mile 11
Least fave part:  Cold and wind in my face through miles 8-10
Goal time to beat: 1:55 (to make a new post-kids PR)
This year’s time:  1:54:42.  Just under the wire.  YEAH!!

Good thing the kid photo didn’t take an extra 18 seconds! What a race – Congrats!

What a great time!!! I’ve only run one half, and thought I might die afterwards….so I’m impressed you are not only happy in the pic but also can move enough to type this post. Many congrats! You are a great running inspiration for someone who runs but has a life outside running, too. 🙂

Congrats! I ran the Miami Half last year…such a great race!

And I thought it was freezing last year (at least in the beginning)! Can’t imagine it being any worse!
