good morning

or is it afternoon?
practically! i can't remember the last time i got out of bed with the clock showing DOUBLE DIGITS [10:14, to be exact]. i may have been in bed for approximately 11 hours. but by my calculations, the last time i was able to sleep in without an alarm clock was april 10th, so i don't feel the least bit guilty.

so, uhh, hi!

what have i missed so far on this delightful saturday? and what have YOU missed [on this blog] due to the great blogger shut-down of 2011? [seriously, i can't get too worked up over this -- it's been nearly 7 years of very reliable service! but hopefully it won't happen again . . .]

all right, time to get on with the day before it really IS afternoon. in addition to a few household maintenance items and a workout at the gym, i plan on:

finishing up michelle's book

listening to a tara brach podcast

a night out tonight in CH!

workout: 32 minute AM run + a lovely post-work yoga class @ BP

cooking did not occur and i may have eaten wine, truffle fries, cheese, and ice cream for dinner. ahh well -- it felt right at the time!
