dreamy

not much new to report. the siesta i mentioned yesterday turned into a 3 hour nap on the couch. this is typical for me: i am not good at taking normal-length naps. at all. given that i slept 7.5 hours the previous night, i am not sure that it was normal or healthy to pass out for 3 more, but it felt good. i did have trouble drifting off last night, though, and i kept having dreams that i was falling asleep while doing things.

weird.

anyway, hopefully all of that time spent horizontal will help me feel extra-awake today. today on the schedule is another day of pure behavioral/developmental peds with a very well-known physician in that area. he also happens to be a little eccentric (in a good way) so it's a pretty fun experience to work with him. maybe he'll have some insight into my crazy dreams.

felt hard, but not impossible. i was definitely tired out by the end, however!

20 minutes weights:
- pushups 2 x 12
- walking double lunges with 8 lb weights, 2 x 10
- lat pulldowns, 60 lbs, 2 x 10
- squats with ball, 10 lbs each hand, 2 x 12
- tricep pushdowns, 15 lbs, 2 x 10
- abs: ball roll-ins, 2 x 12

reading: 30 minutes of developmental and behavioral peds

doin' time: another cop-out meal (amy's frozen pizza) as i was home alone! tonight there will be some serious martha action, though.

quick thought on the intervals, if you have the TM on a 1% incline it's actually pretty much like running outside so the pacing really isn't of
