how do you deal with the stress of not being able to run when your primary stress relief had been running?

and of course, the answer is alcohol!!

    I am so, so sorry!

    Normally I'd say chocolate, but in my current pregnant state I am all about fruit and plain yogurt. ;) But I guess all food works.
    And yoga.
    And long walks, if you can walk?

    And sex, of course!
