more days of pretending to be the ID fellow (only half a day on friday because i will be covering same day clinic in the afternoon, which i am oddly excited about).
i think what i have the most trouble with on this rotation is the unpredictability of it all. will we get 18 consults, or 1? in the morning coming into work, there’s no way to know. i much prefer knowing exactly what i’m coming in to do before i have to do it, but unfortunately there is NO control in the world of being an intern.
top model is on tonight, but i’m already 2 weeks behind! how did this happen??
