time stops when i don’t go to work, right? things aren’t really just going on as usual in the rest of the world, are they? i have had one day of vacation and i already feel rather like a 1950s housewife.
accomplishments
i:
— slept 9.5 hours
— took a day off from running
— went grocery shopping (kroger AND whole foods. we are now stocked.)
— did 3 loads of laundry
— sort of cleaned up the kitchen
— had a meeting at kaplan (a $22 meeting. ka-ching!)
— made chicken with lime sauce, roasted sliced potatoes, and steamed green/wax beans for dinner
— sort of thought about studying, but decided that i am not ready yet.
boredom level: low
stress level: very low
giddiness about being FREE level: high
